The No. 5 JACK PLANE body is cast in Ductile Iron with the Stanley 'bedrock' design frog. This is a very versatile bench plane, 14" long with a 2" x .125" thick blade. Weight is 5 ½ lbs. Only made in cast iron. Fitted with the New Improved Chipbreaker.
