Lie Nielsen No. 7 TRY PLANE

The No. 7 TRY PLANE body is cast in Ductile Iron with the Stanley 'bedrock' design frog. The same width as the No. 6, but 22" long with a 2 3/8" x .140" thick blade. Weight 8 1/4 lbs. Designed for shooting, and perhaps a bit more manageable than the No. 8 . Ground flat, within .001" over the full length, and square within .001" . Fitted with the New Improved Chipbreaker.
