Shipping Policy

We are pleased to work in partnership with the Royal Mail and Parcel Force so where ever possible your goods will be sent this way. If an item is particularly heavy or of an irregular shape we will use contracted carriers. Please note that a signature will be required. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange.

Orders £150+

FREE - UK Standard First Class Delivery
£15.00 - UK Special Next Day Delivery

Delivery outside the UK

We are happy to deliver goods to most places outside the UK.

EU/Europe £10.00 for orders up to £50.00 and £15.00 for orders £50.00+.

World Zones 1 and 2 £15.00 for orders up to £50.00 and £25.00 for orders £50.00+.

Time

Once your payment is cleared we aim to despatch goods within 48 hours meaning that delivery should take 5 to 7 working days. Occasionally at busy times this may take a little longer, please allow up to 14 days. You will be notified by email if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than our stated time. In exceptional circumstances, please allow 28 days for delivery.
